Question: How can I get my purchased module and template?

- -1 + I am also trying to get access to all the products that I purchased from the Pligg shop (over $200+ worth....) - I have written to Pligg via their contact form - but I got no reply....... so then I posted a notice in this forum (see: http://pligg.com/support/question/i-purchased-pro-extensions-how-do-i-get-access-to-updates/#question) - but still no reply after 11 days ...

I am beginning to think I should request my money back - so, to Pligg administration, I say this: please provide me with immediate access to updates of all the extensions that I purchased, or refund me my money back. Your choice.

But I just can't keep on waiting around for weeks or months on end for Pligg admin. to "get around" to helping me - I'm over it. (...I can't even see the backend of my site when I log in because it's running the previous version of pligg and something is conflicting, it's probably server-side issues). But seriously, the service needs to be better for the paying customers.

- 0 + I am still waiting for a reply to this..... - CAN SOMEBODY AT PLIGG PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH ACCESS TO ALL THE EXTENSIONS I HAVE PAID FOR - I NEED TO UPDATE OUR SITE, FFS - THANK YOU.
