Question: Users can't login
Answer: provided by Yankidank 365 days ago
- 1 + As the thread that you mentioned pointed out, have the user accounts verified their email addresses? You can check this status from the Admin user management page. Look for a checkmark next to the user email address. If you see a warning icon, it means they haven't confirmed their email yet.

Question: Wrong step when trying to submit a story?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 365 days ago
- 0 + 1. Are you using the "Bootstrap" template?

2. Have you made any modifications to your template?

3. What modules do you have installed (a screenshot of the installed modules page will suffice)

4. At what step in the story submission process does this happen at? We need a detailed step-by-step report of how we can try to reproduce the problem.

Question: save drafts module not working
Answer: provided by Yankidank 365 days ago
- 1 + The draft module is bugged at this moment only because Pligg CMS itself is a bit buggy. Pligg should be displaying the saved story content (description area) when you load a saved story, but it does not due to an issue with the description field not auto-filling with saved data correctly. A similar bug related to this issue is that if you fail to enter a required field on step 2 and try to submit the story, it will give you an error and when you go back the description area will be blank again. We are aware of this bug and hope to resolve it in a future update to Pligg CMS.

Question: problem with Admin Panel
Answer: provided by Yankidank 365 days ago
- 1 + Would you happen to be on the web host home.pl (http://www.home.pl)? There is a report on the old forums by another user who had the same symptoms and he was using them. I even found a random blog article in another language that mentioned the same error with Pligg and home.pl (http://gigablogs.wordpress.com/2007/08/12/pligg-cms/). There is one more user that I am chatting with right now who is having the same issue and he is also using home.pl.

Question: Kill Spam Users isnt Working
Answer: provided by Yankidank 369 days ago
- 1 + I want to add on top of the other comments, that the Spam users and submissions are hidden from view by default. You won't see them on the front page or even in the admin panel, unless you specifically request to view them through one of the admin panel filters.

But yes, like everyone else has already said there is no way to actually remove a user account from Pligg CMS without using some type of additional module to add the feature. We keep the spammer's data so that they don't come right back and try to do the exact same thing again. Their accounts are disabled though, so they can no longer log in or post any information to your site once they are labeled as a Spammer.

Question: BUG: Back To Top
Answer: provided by Yankidank 369 days ago
- 1 + It may be beneficial to post module-specific issues to the module's product page, that way the module author will more likely see the message.
