Question: I can't access to user profile page
Answer: provided by Yankidank 203 days ago
- 0 + Most likely your template or .htaccess file is out of date with the version that you are running.

Question: Sorting categories
Answer: provided by Yankidank 254 days ago
- 0 + It does look like it is mixing in multiple categories for some of the sort options. I guess we will have to take another look at this issue.

Question: Sorting categories
Answer: provided by Yankidank 219 days ago
- 0 + I suggest moving just 1 category position from the category management admin page at a time, then re-load the page to move another category. If you attempt to move multiple categories around without a page refresh it will often go haywire.

Question: Posting problems Here?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 255 days ago
- 1 + I know that Pligg 2.0.0 had issues with displaying saved fields if you messed up a captcha and had to go back to re-enter information. I think that's fixed with Pligg 2.0.1 (out today), but we haven't yet upgraded /support.

Question: .htaccess is not working with pligg 2.0
Answer: provided by Yankidank 255 days ago
- 0 + Beyond what jhawkin said about using the default template to make sure everythign works fine from the get go, there may be other issues at fault related to your server's settings or implementation of the .htaccess file.

If you are running Pligg in a subdirectory (example.com/subdirectory/) or subdomain (subdomain.example.com/) you need to review and edit the .htaccess file contents. It won't work out of the box in those situations.

Another possible cause may be your server's support for mod_rewrite and related security settings. Are you certain that your host allows for .htaccess files?

Question: How to avoid having the 'New' Section on Pligg?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 255 days ago
- 1 + Try adding a meta redirect to the new_center.tpl file so that it redirects people to the homepage, and set the "votes to publish" value to 1.

Question: Bookmarklet ----> Got 403 error
Answer: provided by Yankidank 254 days ago
- 0 + I can't reproduce this issue on either my local test area or the pligg demo website. It's likely an issue specific to your hosts security settings.

Question: How to show comments under each story?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 310 days ago
- 1 + I am looking for a way to display a few comments in a similar fashion for a new theme that I am working on. I think it will require a custom module of some sort to accomplish this feat. If I make any progress I will try to report back.

Question: Give moderators more access
Answer: provided by Yankidank 316 days ago
- 2 + I'll take your suggestion into consideration as a future update. Right now the moderator system is rather basic and could be improved pretty easily. I was hoping to put it off work related to this until we have a chance to expand user levels and allow for custom permissions.

Question: Rename Groups
Answer: provided by Yankidank 325 days ago
- 0 + There is no simple way to completely rename the groups URL (at least not yet). You could try renaming the file from groups.php to hotspots.php and then customize all links pointing to the old groups.php page so that they direct to the new location. Simply renaming that one file though may not be enough, as other files may rely on it being named "groups.php".

I am hoping to add some new options to Pligg down the road to allow users to better define their SEO URLs, so it may be possible in the future if you are using URL Method 2 (requiring htaccess rewrites).
