Question: Downloading Purchased Products
Answer: provided by Yankidank 369 days ago
- 2 + We have resolved this user's issue via our private helpdesk, but I will be leaving this post published to the front page, since the question is a common one that some people may share.

In this user's instance, we had a special issue with one of our products not being assigned a download. This prevented the download from showing up on their account page.

Question: How integration Pligg with Embed.ly function?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 369 days ago
- 1 + Sorry, but we will not be providing transfers for previous orders from the old "Pligg Pro" shop. To make up for this, we are offering a number of our premium items for free during the first week of the new pligg.com re-launch.

Many of the items from Pligg 1 have been retired or significantly rewritten for Pligg 2. We decided to make the pligg.com relaunch a cut-off point for older Pligg Pro purchases, since Pligg Pro was a Pligg 1.x.x and the new Downloads area is exclusively Pligg 2.

If you have previously purchased an item from Pligg Pro, we will be glad to send you the final copies of any files that you have a license for. Just contact us (http://pligg.com/contact/) with your former Pligg Pro account name, order numbers, or the email address that you used for Pligg Pro.

Question: akismet errors
Answer: provided by Yankidank 370 days ago
- 1 + I haven't seen that error myself, but I don't tested Akismet much recently on a public site (other than this site here). The truncate modifier should be getting pulled in from /plugins/modifier.truncate.php.

Is this an upgrade or fresh install? You may want to try re-uploading files, clearing your template cache, and then clearing the error log to see if it happens again. If it does, temporarily uninstall the module and open a bug report (see below).

-------------------------

In the future bug reports should be posted here on GitHub: http://github.com/Pligg/pligg-cms/issues?state=open />
We try to reserve Pligg Support for more general support topics. Bug reports related to Pligg CMS go to GitHub, where we can assign them to developers.

Question: Subdomain and subdirectory problem?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 369 days ago
- 0 + Chuckroast forgot to mention (because this is a standard thing for Pligg), but you should rename the "htaccess.default" file to ".htaccess" and then perform those recommended edits. This change along with setting Admin > Configure > SEO > URL Method > 2 from the admin panel will enable SEO URLs for your website.

If you install Pligg in the base directory of a domain, you should not need to make any edits to your .htaccess file. Edits are only necessary if you are installing in a subdirectory or subdomain.

Make sure that your settings.php file and Admin > Configure > Location Installed settings are correct for the domain and directory where you have Pligg installed.

Question: Pligg is back with awesome design! Thanks for offering 'free module' downloads
Answer: provided by Yankidank 369 days ago
- 2 + Thanks for your comments. We're still working on fixing some bugs with both Pligg CMS and Pligg.com. Having a proper way for users to discuss the current 2.0 version and submit buts via GitHub should make the process easier. We are also very excited about the new Downloads area, although it has a few bumps that need to be smoothed out still.

- 2 + Looks like you were testing the filtering of URLs for /support ? I saw a few valid comments that were getting flagged for review by Aksimet, including some of my own.

Question: Welcome to Pligg Support!
Answer: provided by Yankidank 365 days ago
- 0 + You are going to have to be a lot more specific than that. Please give us at least a few sentences describing what the problem is and how to reproduce it.
