Question: Why is the pligg.com Store Giving an Error?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 29 days ago
- 1 + Our SSL certificate is supposed to expire in about 10 days. I'll be updating it next week. Hopefully that will solve whatever's causing the warning message on your end.

Question: Why is the pligg.com Store Giving an Error?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 23 days ago
- 0 + I've just installed new SSL certificates on Pligg.com. While I was at it, I improved our encryption standards to TLS 1.2. I think this may have been why you might have seen a warning, as we were previously using TLS 1.0.

FYI: Users only entered into an encrypted connection when visiting the login, account, and checkout pages on pligg.com.

Question: YANKIDANK, could you help?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 72 days ago
- 1 + I just spent a few minutes testing on localhost, and I'm also having issues with it grabbing the Facebook avatar when I register a new account. I could have sworn that this was working months ago when I last tested it. My guess is that Facebook changed their API, which ended up breaking the feature. They have a history of causing headaches for developers in that way. I probably won't have a chance to address the avatar issue, since it would require an extensive amount of digging around in code that I no longer maintain. If you'd like a refund for your order please let me know.

Question: URGENT ATTENTION YANKIDANK & CHUCKROAST – Sort filtering
Answer: provided by Yankidank 88 days ago
- 1 + 1. Yes, the sort features should filter within the published or upcoming pages separately. I hadn't noticed that there was a bug related to this before.

2. I don't think it makes sense to penalize auto_votes coming from authors submitting a story. The auto_vote feature is a convenience meant to save people a step when submitting a story, since probably 99% of people would want to do that. For that reason, I think those votes should be treated like a normal vote.

3. I think you have the right idea. I can't determine what logic makes the most sense for the vote sorting features. I'll leave it up to you and the community if they have any thoughts on the matter. I expected it to be a simple calculation of the number of upvotes or number of downvotes in and descending or ascending order.

Question: Didn't receive my order
Answer: provided by Yankidank 126 days ago
- 0 + I'm not sure if I understand the issue fully. I see that your account has download access to 3 total files through 2 different purchases, and that you've downloaded all of the items. Could you provide a more detailed account of what happened? A step by step guide on how to reproduce your scenario would be very helpful.

Question: Facebook problem : token does not match
Answer: provided by Yankidank 137 days ago
- 0 + I'm guessing that's a false positive that's being added to your error log. That's a common issue that can be ignored.

Question: Access to modules I bought
Answer: provided by Yankidank 143 days ago
- 1 + Hi there. I've added an order to your Pligg.com account and assigned the missing modules from the Tier 3 package so that you can now download the products. You should have received an email notifying you of the new order that was credited to your account. Please check the Account page for download links.

Question: How can I redeem my bought licences?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 144 days ago
- 1 + Sorry for the delayed response. Our support inbox is having issues. It's best for users to initiate support through the Pligg Support area (here) like you did, and we can always contact you privately if we need additional information.

For an unknown reason, your order showed as "Cancelled by user". I've verified your payment and changed the order status to complete so that you will have access to the downloads now. Please check your Account page. My apologies for whatever caused this disruption.

Question: pligg 2.0.0 and pligg 2.0.2 do not work
Answer: provided by Yankidank 179 days ago
- 1 + 1. Can you provide a link to your site?

2. What does the troubleshooter (/install/troubleshooter.php) output? It may flag a few possible causes like CHMOD permissions or incorrectly named files.

3. You may want to try using the latest development version to see if that makes any difference. You can download it here: https://github.com/Pligg/pligg-cms/archive/master.zip . If you choose to go this route, you may need to manually change your version number to 2.0.2 when the official 2.0.3 comes out so that you get the database updates. Right now an install of the dev version will show 2.0.3.

4. You mentioned having other Pligg sites on the same server, what are they running?

Question: pligg 2.0.0 and pligg 2.0.2 do not work
Answer: provided by Yankidank 177 days ago
- 0 + This is an unlikely fix, but I've had an issue on one site where the error log got too big causing the site to stop working altogether (blank pages everywhere). This has only happened on one of my servers, but take a moment to make sure that your error.log is not too large (well over 1mb). If it is, simply replace the file with a blank version to reset it and get the site back to normal.
