Question: Facebook problem : token does not match
Answer: provided by Yankidank 9 days ago
- 0 + I'm guessing that's a false positive that's being added to your error log. That's a common issue that can be ignored.

Question: Access to modules I bought
Answer: provided by Yankidank 15 days ago
- 1 + Hi there. I've added an order to your Pligg.com account and assigned the missing modules from the Tier 3 package so that you can now download the products. You should have received an email notifying you of the new order that was credited to your account. Please check the Account page for download links.

Question: How can I redeem my bought licences?
Answer: provided by Yankidank 16 days ago
- 1 + Sorry for the delayed response. Our support inbox is having issues. It's best for users to initiate support through the Pligg Support area (here) like you did, and we can always contact you privately if we need additional information.

For an unknown reason, your order showed as "Cancelled by user". I've verified your payment and changed the order status to complete so that you will have access to the downloads now. Please check your Account page. My apologies for whatever caused this disruption.

Question: pligg 2.0.0 and pligg 2.0.2 do not work
Answer: provided by Yankidank 50 days ago
- 1 + 1. Can you provide a link to your site?

2. What does the troubleshooter (/install/troubleshooter.php) output? It may flag a few possible causes like CHMOD permissions or incorrectly named files.

3. You may want to try using the latest development version to see if that makes any difference. You can download it here: https://github.com/Pligg/pligg-cms/archive/master.zip . If you choose to go this route, you may need to manually change your version number to 2.0.2 when the official 2.0.3 comes out so that you get the database updates. Right now an install of the dev version will show 2.0.3.

4. You mentioned having other Pligg sites on the same server, what are they running?

Question: pligg 2.0.0 and pligg 2.0.2 do not work
Answer: provided by Yankidank 49 days ago
- 0 + This is an unlikely fix, but I've had an issue on one site where the error log got too big causing the site to stop working altogether (blank pages everywhere). This has only happened on one of my servers, but take a moment to make sure that your error.log is not too large (well over 1mb). If it is, simply replace the file with a blank version to reset it and get the site back to normal.

Question: pligg 2.0.0 and pligg 2.0.2 do not work
Answer: provided by Yankidank 44 days ago
- 1 + If this ever was a feature, it no longer functions. It's not a bad idea to max it out at 1mb, as that is a lot of text logs and most hosts won't have problems until beyond that size. I should probably make this a feature request along with the ability to completely disable to error logs if you want.

Question: Fix to the LINKS Module (removing the <br /> from the link
Answer: provided by Yankidank 65 days ago
- 1 + I've applied the suggested change to my local development environment, but I haven't committed it to Github just yet. I have a number of files that I need to go through and update after reviewing your user permission changes even further.

Question: Fix to the LINKS Module (removing the <br /> from the link
Answer: provided by Yankidank 65 days ago
- 1 + Make sure that you always add a space after a URL. Adding a line break will result in the link not closing. I edited your comment to make sure that I was right about that.

Question: It seems that most of my posts and also some others were lost.
Answer: provided by Yankidank 66 days ago
- 1 + Yeah, there are a few items that seem to need to be manually set back to published or new. It seemed that re-publishing your own stories pushed your karma way back up so now I'm going to have to decrease your karma score now so that you don't leap to #2 (since that's my spot!).

Question: How could my Karma drop overnight??
Answer: provided by Yankidank 67 days ago
- 1 + I made a couple updates to the website to make it a little more difficult for the person in question to harass the site. I didn't have an up to date vote function for /support until now, so he was able to cheat the system a little. Perhaps this is a good time to remind people that it's important to keep Pligg CMS up to date. I also locked down the number of votes allowed from an IP address to just 1 (previously the limit was 2), and we now block a number of temporary email services from registering new accounts.

Redwine: I just gave you a karma boost to get you back up to nearly 4,000 karma.
