Pligg Support

I have installed the last pligg version and configured friendly urls, but the trackback is not working.

Could anyone help me?

    To fix this, open /bootstrap/submit_step_2_center.tpl and find:

    {if $Submit_Show_URL_Input eq 1} < div class="control-group"> < label for="input01" class="control-label">{#PLIGG_Visual_Submit2_Trackback#}< /label> < div class="controls"> < input type="text" name="trackback" tabindex="17" id="trackback" class="form-control col-md-5" value="{$submit_trackback}" size="54" /> < /div> < /div> {/if}

    then uncomment it by removing the beginning {* and the ending *}.

    Can you please explain what do you mean by "not working"? Do you mean you have no Trackback field in submit or the trackback doesn't appear in the website URL you have submitted?

    Some websites doesn't allow trackbacks or hide it from showing.

    Try to submit a URL that allows trackbacks and see if once you submitted, it appears in its trackback.

Including Files or Code

Sometimes it is necessary for you to attach a file or include a snippet of code for others to reference in your response. In most cases, you can .zip up files and attach them to a question or answer using Pligg's file manager. At times though this may fail, and in these circumstances we recommend using a third party host. Below we are including a list of recommended websites where you can share easily share file uploads (or snippets of code) through the web.
