Standard Installation:

Unzip submitpro.zip
Upload the package to your website.
Activate the module in the module management area of pligg.
Go to the pligg administration panel and click configure.
In the configuration menu click "submit"
In the field marked "HTML tags to allow" add the tags from the included readme.
