full time Need my pligg site upgraded and modded

at Andy (Anywhere)

would like to update my pligg install to the latest pligg release.

I would also like to add the following mods:

sidebar thumbs that shows the most popular photos
a page load counts as 1/2 of a normal vote
some seo improvements.
