Web Designer (Senior Level)
5-7 years web experience in an interactive web environment, performing end to end design, will do production, but it will not be the bulk of the job.
Reporting to Creative Director, needs to be able to create original designs and must be open to new concepts.
Must Haves:
Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Flash
WEB EXPERIENCE
Soft Skills:
Detail Oriented... they will be designing 8-10 different skins per client.
Agency experience is a huge plus as opposed to a freelancer or contractor... Tribal DDB and IMC2 are good companies to look to for candidates.
Interview Process:
Submit portfolio (no restrictions to number of pieces in portfolio, more is better, anything creative can be added i.e. photography, etc. as long as it is not the centerpiece)
Portfolio will be accepted or rejected immediately. 1 interview with Creative Director and/or Creative CEO will follow, slight possibility of a test if they are on the fence about someone
