upgrade my pligg template to mixx format

Hello,
We have a pretty old version of pligg running on our news website(please ask for website name). We would like to upgrade to the latest version of pligg along with few change in modules and functionality to make it funcition just like mixx.com.
We would want to have a new look as well.
Please let me know the cost and time estimates. I would like to get started by next week.
