Pligg enthusiast to introduce the concept to my site

Hello;
I Have just discoved PLIGG, wow.
I want to use the services of a freelance PLIGG enthusiast and whose experienced at installing it and then using it for the purpose I out line below, and more as we learn more and see the benefits.
I want to incorporate it as part of my e commece jewellery site, www.janeojewels.com. And utilize it to get good quality links with other sites linking to PLIGG which relevant content to my site.
( linkdomain:pligg.cominurl:upcoming etc)
Its using social book marking to optimum level…
We obviously want to contribute back to PLIGG In some form.. may be in new things we create , or what ever, and share what we do.. openly!
I want suggestion from a experienced enthusiast using PLIGG and its possibilities for social book marking and what ways to start ; and what you see as future possibilities.
One idea: we want our Blog to come a live with more people on it as we encourage more people to write and post on it, and we want traffic generated to out site by relating out site with similar ones via PLIGG.
IM still a little grey about teh full potential of PLIGG but having been on a course where this was discussed and examined, its something I want to implement; but I want to work with some one decent!
That’s why I have posted this offer ONLY on here rather then other outsourcing sites which attract too many cowboys and people who simply want to make a quick buck.
Im looking to find an individual who knows PLIGG and its potential, but then to work with them for regular social book making projects , so if you can also write well and research, have some extra time, and be witty about it.. and controversial in your writings.. This would be good.

We can work out a fee for initial set up and finding the sites which link to pligg relevant to my sector and then other things..
I cant pay loads, but will be reasonable, so I’m looking for an enthusiast who also enjoys this kind of work, rather then some one who does as a full time job whom I don’t think I can afford yet!
