Pligg site with Forum installation
at Marian (Anywhere)
I'm looking for a programmer to install & design a social bookmarking website similar to digg and reddit based on pligg including a forum.
The folloing is important:
-Clean web 2.0 design
-User commenting system with ratings
-Link rating system with formula that can be changed
-user management system (add users, delete users, delete comments)
-content filtering system (filter swear words or adult websites)
-link submission system- user can submit by clicking on a bookmark, similar to digg and reddit submission system.
Please send samples of past work. I'm looking for an experienced programmer. Please give a quote and a estimation of the time frame to completion.
