I have a digg like site using Pligg template http://www.pligg.com/.
It is translated to Spanish language.

At the begining was runing ok, but suddenly the users can not post any history.
I tried to post by myself and appears some errors and the vote does not count even If I try from a different computer.
I think an update of the pligg template is needed.
Looking for a coder who can:
- Install the newest version of Pligg from www.pligg.com keeping the actual language, banners and configuration.
- And make a little changes to the colors to more vivids, now is little opaque (some colors like this http://demo.pligg-templates.com/?templateid=100022 )
- Make to Visitors CAN VOTE without register, ONCE for history .
- When submit a history MUST register
I need to keep the configurations as now (logo, banners, language, Google ads)
How much it will cost? (fix, per job)
