Instead of "Import all feeds", I need to import a random number of feeds.

So if I have 200 feeds I need to import say 20 or so random feeds from the list.

It's to get around the "Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded" error that appears to be unavoidable on shared hosting - ie the php.ini file isn't editable.

If an alternate solution can be implemeted, like a pause during processing to reduce server load that would be acceptable too.

And it needs to work with existing RSS import cron jobs too.
