Unnamed Social Bookmarking Site
at RDMSW in New York
We are looking for a team to design a social bookmarking website similar to digg and reddit.
What we're looking for:
-Very clean web 2.0 design
-User commenting system with ratings
-Link rating system with formula that can be changed easily
-user management system (add users, delete users, delete comments)
-content filtering system (filter swear words or adult websites)
-link submission system- user can submit by clicking on a bookmark, similar to digg and reddit submission system.
We want to make certain changes to the pligg template, most notably:
-User can dynamically change which links are presented topics without navigating away from the page (i.e. by selecting radio buttons)
-Hiding the number of "votes" each article has on the main page
-Unregistered users can comment and submit links (captcha system)
If you're not good at design but can make the necessary technical changes, we are open to hiring a separate graphic designer.
Please send samples of past work. We're only looking for very experienced programmers. Please give a quote and a estimation of the time frame to completion.
