Fixing Pligg Errors

I recently transfer my pligg site to a new server. However, in the process I seem to have caused some errors on my site. I think that fixing the errors should be pretty easy for someone with experience with pligg. Here are some examples of errors with the site:
- Users can't vote for stories
- When I try to got to the User Management page from the god admin, I get the following errors: Warning: Unexpected character in input: ''' (ASCII=39) state=1 in /home/content/a/z/a/aaroni/html/admin_users.php on line 282
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting ']' in /home/content/a/z/a/aaron/html/admin_users.php on line 282
- When user clicks "bury", the admin is not notified in any way and the stories is not removed.
Please let me know if you are able to help me with these errors and how much you will charge. Also, please send me your user name in the pligg forums so that I can some of your previous posts.
