Need custom theme design
at JJ (Anywhere)
Looking for a pligg designer, css, coder, to develop a custom theme, or adapt a theme, for a new site asap. Need graphics and logo work as well. Will be given plenty of instruction on look and feel and logo needs. Can be anywhere, can pay with paypal, escrow, etc. Need to have examples of pligg work, and needs to load latest version with basic modules. Need asap. Thank you.
