freelance Photo Sharing / Voting SIte

at Jonathan Lyon (Anywhere)

Looking for someone to develop a photo sharing / voting site.

Requirements:-

1. Upload photo
2. Select Category (create if does not exist)
3. Add caption (if required)
4. Must be able to auto resize photo
5 Ability to show all photos in a category as a gallery with slideshow
6. Allow voting on each photo

Require full template design including look and feel.
