freelance Need help getting my Pligg templates to work

at Internet Mogal (Anywhere)

I have a template I bought to set up with my pligg installation but spent all weekend trying to figure it out and can't. I want a basic Pligg site set up. Nothing too elaborate. A few modules set up with the new template and that's it.
