freelance install and customize pligg site

Hi -

I am looking form someone that can get Pligg up and running on my server. I use DreamHost and it has a one click install but I keep having issues.

Additionally, I am looking an experienced Pligg developer to help get my site up and running. Customize look, feel, and functionality.
