Need a JavaScript Error Fixed

I recently did a site overhaul to for better CSS structure and maintainability. Unfortunately it messed up some hard-coded JavaScript on the story pages, so now you can't click the bottom tabs to toggle between Comments, Who Voted and Related Links. I believe I changed some of the HTML structure and the JavaScript function that toggled the content was hardcoded for the previous (bad) HTML.
I need somebody to fix this. It should be a fairly simple job and I don't have much money to throw around.
