Thanks to Pligg team for the release of RC3.

and that categories management will sure come very handy for pligg admin.
The previous one takes a lot of time to manage.
This will save a lot of times and now its comes with meta tags too..

Likely no reason to upgrate to RC3 if there is only weeks for the final release. I prefer to wait…
